What the heck does this mean?

"Qcheck UDP stream 10S@500Kbps] (Actual throughput- kbps)"

I see this on all the 802.11g product reviews on THG. One product lists 21.5Mbps under "Transfer Rate", but shows 495Kbps under the "Qcheck UDP stream" heading. Can anyone tell me what this means?

Thanks. It makes more sense now. I was worried at first because it seemed like it was saying that a 21Mbps banwidth was actually 500Kbps. I thought that seemed pretty unbelievable. :)
