What the hell is pci device listing

I formated my HDD with a nother mother bord and after intaling in my computer it displays a message that states PCI device listing that makes the keyboard not to respond and displays a message PSCD please help I am in a big mess 🙁

Formatting the hard disk with another motherboard won't cause that type of problem. However installing the OS with a different motherboard can certainly lead to issues like that. What OS and what motherboards?
