What the HELL is wrong with GTA 5!?!?!

This is not right. I have been installing the game for 3 straight days now and only have 19.4 out of 66.9 GB installed. I am using Steam and am in the downloads section.

Get a better isp. Make sure you are hooked up through ethernet. Otherwise idk what to tell ya
