What the HELL!?!

So I bought a cpu and motherboard combo from Monarch. I got the D 805 with amibitons to overclock it (a lot). So I boot up my system and open up the BIOS, and go to set the Clock speed and See that it is already at 200???? Does this mean that Monarch overclocked my cpu to 4.0 ghz (20x multiplier) for me?!?! I'm totally baffled also because my temps are really low (38 ish). What the hell is going on here!

As nukemaster said, get CPU-Z and investigate. Just about any other program might be fooled, but CPU-Z won't.

Make sure that it's recognized as a Pentium D 805, and check what clock speed, multiplier, FSB, etc. it's running at.
