I fun fact about that 4 pin out is not so much it's on the Quadro GPU but on late 1990's early 2000 computers CD burners. The beige old old ones.
Yeah I know most people have moved away from playing a CD but for anyone ever needing this info here it is.
You can take that drive and hook it to a 12 volt computer source and wire those 4 pins to audio Right/ Left stereo RCA wire than plug it into home audio system.
It will become a stand alone CD player to home stereo or amp. You change the track with those arrows and if you just want to use earphones plug them into the front of the CD burner. No amp needed.
The CD burner must have on it's front drawer side the forward and reverse arrows and the volume wheel. Just a fun fact.
