What thermal paste comes with this?

Have a i5 3570k and will be getting a coolermaster 212 Evo and I was wondering if the thermal paste that it comes with is any good? Ill will be OC to somewhere ~4.0 ghz
I can't seem to find out what kind it is that comes with the HS. Would I see better cooling if I got a other kind?

Don't know if this matters but ill be applying it in the dot form.

The stuff that comes with it is fine.You should be able to OC to 4.2GHz no problem at all.

Just about any paste will be fine. Just learn to apply it correctly and you will be good.
