What thermal paste should I use for my desktop

Hello,
I'm unsure what thermal paste will be good for my computer. It's just a normal windows 8.1 computer and I just want to replace the thermal paste. Will the Mx4 thermal paste work for it, or does it even matter.

Yes it will work fine. Its good quality as well. You can also get Noctua NT-H1.
