[SOLVED] what time will 3080 rtx go on sale?

I want to attempt to obtain a 3080 RTX card which I doubt ill snag one of the FE or other ones right away. What time would they start selling? I am upgrading an Nvidia GTX 760 card and plan to keep this for quite a while with my newly built PC. I have no expectations that I will manage to get one but I want the "ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3080" or the"3080 Founders Edition".

If in the most likely scenario i don't get one, how long does it take for them to restock?
