Hello! Im feeling the need to upgrade my CPU as i mostly play fivem and im always falling through the map and having no textures.

Right now im rocking this:

I5 7500
Crucial Technology CT16G4DFD8213.M16FA 16GB x2 (32 gigs 2133 i think)
Cooler CPU NOX Hummer h 212
Corsair CV 650
MSI 1060 6GB
MSI B250M BAZOOKA
and some random hdd from like 8 years ago.

----------------------------

I was thinking of upgrading CPU + MOBO + SSD
Motherboard ATX Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming II
Processador AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
SSD M.2 2280 Kingston A2000 1TB 3D TLC NVMe

Would this be a good upgrade for me on a 500€ budget?

I really agree with buying an SSD, maybe not that exact model, but an SSD would be a great addition.
Now, as for cpu and mobo, that's a tough choice.
I believe swapping your gpu would be better.
If you can get a 3060 for MSRP, 329$, that would be a HUGE upgrade.

I feel like my graphics card is the only good item i have rn, my processor is really old and every game i play maxes it to 100% while my gpu is at 50% max, do you think its not worth swapping cpu without swapping graphics too?

I was thinking r7 3700x because i want a processor that will last me a few years, as for the rams, you think swapping 32 gigs of slow for 16 of faster would be worth it?

Start with the free stuff.
Run this and post a link to the results page.

If you want more cores then go for either a 5800x or an i7 11700F .. because the 3700x is not a good cpu for gaming. Google some benchmarks. As far as RAM speed goes ... 3200Mhz for a newer Intel cpu and 3600Mhz for a Ryzen cpu.

Look in the bios for xmp.
If it's there enable it and run another UBM.

Your ssd is too small and too full that will impact perf.
Shop for a 2.5 500GB unit.
Samsung/wd/crucial.
That's not free but you can always move it to a new build.

Sadly my MOBO doesnt have that option, however i managed to get a few gigs more space in my SSD and this is the UBM I got from it.

This really depends on resolution and a lots of stuff.
Your cpu and gpu are both mid range from 2016-2017, and basically match.
Your gpu isn't better than your cpu, since they are both from the same era and the same place in the product stack.
Depending on the game, I think a faster gpu would be a larger upgrade, while a cpu not that much.
Though, if the gpu truly is at 50% usage, then maybe a cpu swap would be a better option.

Either way, you can't go wrong with either a better gpu or a cpu.

My average stats when playing GTA V FiveM are:
CPU 95-100%
GPU 45-50%

I have big problems with the loading of textures like this: https://streamable.com/653a4j
this is what i would like to fix.
