What to buy first?

So my specs:
CPU: AMD A6-3670 2.7
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 650 1GB 1200MHz OC
RAM: Kingston HyperX 2x4GB 1333MHz
PSU: 650W
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-A55M-S2HP Socket FM 1

I have 220€ to spend, what should i replacs first ? Gpu ? Mobo and cpu ?

You really need to replace all 3. What do you do with your PC? Gaming/browsing?

Im gaming on it, like gta 5 1080p low(something on high) settings and its doing very nice job 35-40 fps or csgo on 4:3 140-160 fps but i want to play gta on higher framerates, i saw when im playing gta 5 my cpu usage is between 60-70% and gpu 99%

I would start with the PSU and buy a decent power supply before I spent any money on any of the other components.
