At the moment, im looking at a couple of drives to purchase.
This drive will be used to store my steam games library (will be playing form the drive)
and to store videos/documents as well as any programs that i may need to run.
I have a SSD that i keep my most important programs on and i just need some space.
Right now this drive is on sale for 74$
WD Desktop Mainstream 2TB Internal Hard Drive Retail Kit

It is my understanding that this is just a Green Drive that spins at 5400rpm
There is also a 4tb drive i was considering

4TB HGST Deskstar Coolspin 3.5" SATA III Internal Hard Drive
That is also 5400 rpm and it is 129$'s
Is the speed of the drives going to affect gaming performance, or will they be alright?
I would prefer not to copy my games onto my ssd all the time and want to just keep them on a drive.
as far as space is concerned im more than happy with 2terabytes im sure i wont fill it up anytime soon as my steam library is only 500gb's but i have a large collection of videos that i have been keeping on several seperate 120gb hard drives that i purchased a while back and i would like to consolidate them on 1 drive while keeping those as backups. I am also concerned with reliability, I would take a drive with less capacity if it means greater reliability or better warranty.
My budget for a drive is 140$ and i would like to go pick up one today.
Will these drives be ok? Which should i choose?
Should i go with a 7200 Rpm drive? Which brand? Estimate of a cost would be nice?
I saw these deals on a deal website i use and i normally like to buy things at a discount but i need a drive today.
