What to buy?! Rtx 2070 or 2080?

I want to upgrade my setup with an new graphics card but I’m not sure each one! Need some help!
Setup is
Cpu i7 7700k
ASUS prime z270-a
G-skill 16gb 3200mhz (4x4) ripjawsV
Gigabyte Aorus gtx 1060 6gbs Xtreme edition
Monitor is Msi mag27cq (2k) FreeSync
Psu gigabyte modular 750watts

I do not want an Radeon

But I’m not really sure what to buy

I’m thinking of rtx2070 Asus strix
Or Aorus Xtreme

Rtx 2080 would be msi duke
Or Aorus Xtreme

If you are playing at 1440P the RTX 2080 would be perfect for that.

You can crank up the settings and play.

Not sure of what resolution/settings you game at, but also would recommend the 2080 if your budget allows. I'm figuring you'll be using your new card for several years, and the 2080 will certainly give you better performance for todays games and down the road.
