I have an i5-4460 3.2ghz with 2 x 8gb ddr3 (i think) ram. I want to buy a graphic card. I want to ask will a gtx 1050ti be enough for me to play newer games in 60 fps with medium - high graphics ( My monitor is a old 1280x1024) or it won't be enough. And if yes should i buy a Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC Edition or a Msi GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GAMING X (that's what i have in stores here and it is at the same price 10$ difference). Or i should upgrade my cpu too.

Solution
The performance difference for 35 euro extra is well worth it. The cpu isn't a must but maybe.

I paid about 65 euro for my GTX 1060 6GB 2 months back. Country I live 2nd hand market is big and high end hardware 2nd hand is pretty cheap.

Have a look at the link showing the performance gap between GTX 1050ti 4gb and GTX 1060 6GB.

GTX 1060 6GB on I5-4460 should work perfectly fine.
Hi,

Is a GTX 1060 6GB (New/2nd hand) out of your price range compared to the GTX 1050ti?

Cpu upgrade would be a decent boost to performance at the going rate of games, something in the area of a i5-4590 or better couldn't hurt.

Well something under 200 euro. The gtx 1050ti here is around 175 euro. I just bought the cpu with a gygabyte z93 motherboard and the 16gb of ram for 75 euros from a friend. I don't see the point in upgrading the 4460 to a 4590. If i should upgrade the cpu i would buy a i7 8-7th gen but i don't have the money yet and if it's not necessary at the moment why should i spend those 300-500 euro or whatever it costs.
From what i understood this cpu is pretty normal and if i buy a video card i should have enough power. But the problem is the 1050ti 4gb of vram enough? Games i like are Assassin's Creed , Gta ,CsGo , pubg. But most of these games i can play normally with intel hd 4600(cs go works fine in 70fps , all the Assassin's Creed until Unity are playable). I just need an upgrade for 2015+ games. Plus the monitor has low res i think that counts but i'm just asking maybe you know better.

GTX 1060 ZOTAC ZT-P10600A-10L Mini 6GB GDDR5 192bit DVI HDMI DP this is what i saw used for like 100 euros. Worth it?

As long as you have the power supply for it is a worthy purchase. I would look around a MSI armor GTX 1060. or a dual fan GTX 1060 6GB better cooling increases longevity of the gpu and overall keeps your computer slightly cooler.

Oh yeah i have to buy a new power supply too cause mine has only 1 - 4pin connected to the motherboard instead of 2 🙁
