Can I ask are you buying this as a pre-build or are you building this yourself?

Both haves same CPU and same RAM, main differences are HDD storage and graphics card.

Which is the usage? And which resolution do you want to play?

With this info, i would sacrifice some gbs, but i would pick the second. But, seems to be a pre-build done, can't you do it yourself? maybe you can save some bucks or buy something better.

Not really worth it, the FM2+ sockets are pretty much dead now and they are really weak. I had a Athlon x4 750K and it was just terrible.. couldn't even run an R9 270.

You might as well go for an FX CPU or go for an intel haswell CPU.

Have to agree here. If you can avoid these please do so. I mean many of us could build a pc for you to purchase if you have time and patience to build it. Also if you would prefer this let us know a budget price many of us would try to help you.

How much do they want for those and what games are you expecting to play? Neither of those are something I would recommend to a pc gamer in 2016, unless you only plan on playing older or performance light games.

My budget is around 300-400 euros but bare in mind that im from Serbia and prices are a lot higher than in UK or USA

What do you plan to use the pc for? If its just for gaming you may want to look at gaming console instead, a ps4 or xbox one will run games a lot better than either of those pc's.

Then I would go for the build with the r7 250. The gt730 with ddr3 is a slug.
