I need a new video card for my computer
I have a duron 700 asus av7 mobo and 128mb ram. Then annihilator 2mx card looks really good. my price range is about 100 to 150 bucks. and what is the differance between the mx gts and ultra cards? And why is that damn annihilator card sold out everywhere. I went to 2 best buys and about 10 other stores. only best buy had it, but it was sold out. On the net almost every site didnt have it in stock. This must be one hell of a card or something...

Well which anihilator is sold out is the question. The creative anihilator mx is a card with DDR memory. The problem is that it has a 64 bit memory channel and DDR memory not the 128 bit memory channel and SDR memory that every other card has. However most of the public see that this card has DDR memory and think its better so they buy it. Also the creative MX is one of the cheaper MX cards out aswell. That would explain why its sold out. As for the Creative Anihilator 2 its a fairly cheap 32 meg Geforce 2 without a video out. It is one of the cheaper Geforce 2's out. As for the Anihilator 2 Ultra its the highest card made by creative and not to cheap. If your budget is between 100-150 i would get the hercules MX card. It runs around $140 and is suppost to be one of the better MX cards out.
