[SOLVED] What to do about a key that pops up?

Well it doesn't come up, just isn't seated quite right so it pops out of place a bit if you press the corner. Been trying for some time to get it to stay in place. Most of the time it doesn't happen, until it does
 
Solution
Try removing one key that works fine and the one that keeps popping up. Check YouTube on how to remove them. Compare them to see if it's broken (tiny bits missing?) or if you've accidentally reassembled it wrong after it popped out the first time. If it's broken, a replacement key cap isn't too expensive on ebay.

That is, if the pop-up blocker didn't work. :)

I don't want to be unable to put it back. My MacBook fell off a table once and fell with me down the stairs once so maybe that has something to do with it

Yeah, that may have something to do with a physical keyboard fail.

Either fix it or replace it.
