What to do if 8gb memory card get corrupted on my nokia e66

it has been 1 months i have been using a 8 gb memory card and it was working well.today i tried to download some theme for my nokia e66.and i had the message that read file corrupted.again i tried to listen to music, i got the same message.then i formatted the memory card.and now when i'm connecting my mobile to my laptop i have got another message that i have to format the device.i tried to format it but could not. i treid to put some music files and videos but in vain help me please what can i do?its urgent...

insert the memory card into the pc, right click, go to tools, run error checking tool
