Two capacitors broke off my z390 master, would soldering something like this be easy for someone with no experience? If you think a beginner could you help me find the right replacement capacitors to buy
Should I take it to an electronics store for them to repair, if so how long and how much do you think it'll cost?
Or should I just straight up buy a new motherboard?

Thanks in advance

Through-hole parts are actually quite easy to DIY replace--if you have the equipment.

Multilayer motherboard PCBs wick away heat so quickly that you have to use a lot of heat, and modern lead-free solder also takes a lot of heat to melt but even a cheapo Radio Shack vacuum bulb desoldering iron is plenty.

An electronics shop should be able to do that quickly vs. sending it off to Gigabyte, who may charge the same flat $100 they charge for major repairs like LGA socket replacement!
