what to do when ypur kindle fire wont let you connect to wifi and is saying authentication problem

I am trying to connect to the wifi on my kindle fire and it keeps saying Authentication problem..... and then authenticating... what do I do?? Its never done this before...

Try turn off and on and try turn wifi off and on again
