What to do with broken headphone jack?

So, I have an In Win 901 case and recently my headphone jacks has been messed up. My headphones will randomly disconnect and I have to keep unplugging and plugging it back in until I get the right spot for my headphones to work. I am pretty sure it is an issue with just the front headphone/mic jacks because when I moved my mic to the back, everything worked fine. Any ideas how to fix a messed up front headphone and mic jacks without buying a whole new case?

If you're good with electronics you might be able to solder in a new socket, but know that screwing it up will mean you can't hear from that plug until you redo it.

I would call the manufacturer and see if they have the panel-mount audio jack replacement (looks something like these):

And then just solder in the replacement.
