What to do with old monitors?

Solution
You can generally attach three monitors to a gaming graphics card.
Games will be played on the primary monitor, namely your new 1440P monitor.
If your desk space permits, use two of the old ones as side monitors for email, performance monitoring, tv, etc. Such usage is relatively static and will not impact gaming performance.

It is not a bad idea to keep a spare around to test out a new motherboard or such.

well you could use one as a secondary display for either monitoring PC during gaming, Twitch Streaming or both.

Soooo...1440p in the middle for gaming.

1080p one as secondary for watching youtube or using facebook while you work.

Other two can be used around the house, like an electronic photo frame?

Of course, you can always sell them and go for 2-3 same sized monitors.
