What to do with old PC?

I have 2 old pc's, both core 2duo cpus, no gpu, 2gb ram, and I want to earn money from them.
I tried running a server on them, but my intenert connection isen't good enough.
Is there another way to earn money from them? Other than selling of course.

Not really, the only thing I can think of would be Bitcoin mining, but that's on gpus,(I want to say there is a way to get CPUs to work, but they are way slower in the first place, especially with core 2 duos ), so not really, just sell them, or eBay the parts.

Yeah. There are a few cryptocurrencies where CPU mining can get you somewhere. Personally, I would set up a NAS/E-mail server on them.
