What to do with rubber washers/ rings that came with motherboard??

Hello I am building a computer right now and I have this baggy that came with either the case or the motherboard and they are these little black rubber washers. What do I do with then? Do I put them on top of the standoffs and put the motherboard on top? Please and help would be appreciated.

well first thing, consult your motherboard or case manual...as far as i know, those rubber washers or grommets as they're called (if you're talking about what i think you're talking about) are for extra fan installations and such....these reduce noise and vibration from them...please dont install them on the motherboard standoffs unless your manual specifically tells you to do so

Some cases have rubber washers for the PSU too. Helps keep it quiet and the same with fans.
