What to do???

My PC is showing a same message box again and again. If I close, cancel it appeas again after 1 second. It shows that your floppy disk's door is open and I can't fix this problem in my PC. Plz plz plz tell me how to make this not appear again.Tall me such a way so that I don't have to do any thing with my cpu(only by doing changes in settings)

1. How old is this computer or what are your pc specs?
2. Do you floppy disk drive installed, if yes, then check conncections, or disable it in the bios, press F2 to get into bios when you the splash screen when the pc is starting.
