wHAT TO DO?

Solution
Not the best way to do it, Silverfeather.

First, uninstall all the AMD software, either use the built in uninstall feature or use Display Driver Uninstaller here: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Reboot.
Go to the main Nvidia website and download the latest drivers for the card and your version of Windows. If you trust them select the 'run' option from the download dialogue box, otherwise 'save'.
If you selected 'run' it'll start the install automatically, so follow the prompts, otherwise navigate to the 'Downloads' folder and double click on the Nvidia installer and follow the prompts.
Download and install Display Driver Uninstaller https://www.wagnardsoft.com/

After you've cleaned the previous GPU driver from your system and reboot, head to www.nvidia.com and download the driver for your GPU, install & reboot.

If it puts video signal out to your monitor, you know it at least is communicating.

I downloaded the guru thing and clicked on AMD and chose to clean and restart. Im still not sure if all the amd drivers and stuff are gone. I also installed the drivers from the nvidia disc they gave me with the gpu. Not sure if I installed all the drivers either.
