Question What to do?

Hello, Im not that nerdy on PCs and am wondering if any of my parts are outdated/underpowered and in what order to upgrade them… Couldnt find anything on other sites and any help would be highly appreciated!

Bought the PC a while ago by a guy who edited videos, Therefore the 32 gb ram.

Is the Ram DDR3? (No problem in that though) you may think of probably upgrading the cpu but overall the bios seems balanced, the cpu can be either upgraded to the i5 9400f or an i7 6-7th gen cpu, either will work....
But if you intend to do graphics intensive work then consider upgrading to a 1070, an amd card or the 1660ti
