What to expect on OEM cpu package?

I know that it doesn't come with a cooler, manual, and a fancy box. But how is it packaged, any protective air cushion, foam?

It will be packed well enough so that is does not break before you get it.

OEM cpus come inside a clear plastic clamshell container a little larger than the cpu with a small foam pad protecting the electrical contact side of the cpu.
