What to get?

Hello,
I'm currently looking for a new graphics card to fit my PC and was wondering what GPU would best be compatible for my rig

i7-6700 3.40ghz
8gb ram
XPS 8900 (Dell) mobo

Explicitly looking for a GPU that would have the least bottlenecking possible for my specs, was thinking 1060 or 1050ti, but not too sure.. 1070 doesn't seem that much better than 1060 for the price, but I'm open to suggestion.

1060 or 1070 if your on 1080p, 1080/1080ti if monitor is higher

Does the 1070 have a noticeable increase in performance compared to the 1060? (for the price, that would actually be worth it.)

1080p ultra: GTX 1060 runs around 40-70, the 1070 can achieve 90+ in most case [depending on how demanding the games though]
