What to replace/get ?

Hello everyone!
I'm at the crossroads right now. I don't know whether to replace my CPU and MOBO or go with the new GPU. I would like to replace the AMD Phenom II X6 1055T with the mobo Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 for i7 4470(non K) with the mobo MSI H87-G41. Or should I get the MSI GeForce GTX 770 GAMING TwinFrozr OC 2GB and go with the haswell later ? I use the PC for gaming and other multimedia stuff I do not stream or render videos and such. I'm going to play and I do play: Black ops2, Battlefield 3,4, Cod ghosts, etc..

Current setup:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T @ 2,8 GHz
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3
GPU: RADEON HD 6850 TOXIC 1GB
PSU: CORSAIR TX 750W
RAM: Corsair Venegance 8GB
HDD: WD Black 2GB
Sound card: Razer Barracuda 1.7
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

The X6 is fine for another year or 2, just replace the GPU now.

Possibly.

Yes a 8350 and a 770 would be a better pair.
