what to upgrad

i wondering if i should to upgrade my CPU (PENTIUM g620) to (i5 3570k) or my graphic card geforce gt 620 to gtx 760 ?

For gaming the GTX 760 should make a bigger difference. You're going to have to upgrade both of them if you want to do some heavier gaming though.

Well, you wont see the full potential of the GTX 760 until you upgrade the G620. And the i5-3570K with a GT 620 won't see much improvement until you upgrade the GPU, lol.

I'd probably upgrade the GPU first, as you will see an improvement in FPS, but just not the full potential. And make sure your PSU is upto the task, as the power increase from a GT620 to a GTX 760 is quite a lot:

GT 620 requires 18Amps on the 12v rail & a 350W PSU minimum

GTX 760 requires 30Amps on the 12v rail & a 500W PSU minimum.
