My 2200g or my rx 470 red devil 4gb? What should i upgrade 1st i have flashed 570 bios to it and this my 1st pc i build my self witch one is bottle neck if there is one?

that depends on games which u play
use msi afterburner osd to see if your GPU is maxed out
if you see low gpu usage, then upgrade CPU first, if u see high GPU load, then upgrade GPU first

I'd upgrade the CPU first. I'd look for a Ryzen 5 2600 and sell off the 2200g.
