What to upgrade first?

Hi guys. I am upgrading an old Advent DT1404 machine so that i can do some moderate gaming. The processor at the moment is a pentium g620. I was wondering what you guys think i should upgrade first - i can only afford to upgrade one or the other at the moment. So basically, it is either an i5 processor (not sure which one yet), or a GTX 750 Ti and an XFX Pro 550w Core edition psu. Which ever one i get first will result in me waiting about three months to get the other component.

definitely xfx 550 and gtx 750 ti
dual core G620 is enough to deliver good performance in gaming with gtx 750 ti

you can always get a cheap used i5 ivy bridge (socket 1155) later

Thank you. Also, does it matter if my gpu covers components like the CMOS battery? My motherboard is this - http://www.msi.com/product/mb/H61MP20_G3.html#/?div=CPUSupport
And it looks as if a GTX 750 Ti would possibly cover the CMOS battery.

no problem, you have nothing to do with cmos anyway
unless there is a problem which need resetting bios
