What to upgrade first?

i have a desktop with full specs below
Monitor : Samsung series 1 70 FHD resolution
PSU: about 500 its modena's original psu
Motherboard : Asus P8h61 mx r2
Processor : Intel i3 2120
VGA : DA GTX 750 2gb version
RAM: Corsair 8GB
And 500gb of harddisc of seagate, forgot the rpm

What should upgrade first? The budget is about $350 for this time

You could get a new CPU + Mobo. Though pricey.

Or you can buy a stronger GPU. If you go with a new GPU you might have to buy a better brand PSU, MIGHT.

It all depends. Why do you want to upgrade your computer? What type of performance are you looking for and what type of things are you trying to do?
 
Upgrade CPU+Mobo. Rest all are good. RAM is perfect. Hard Drive, it depends on you. GPU is good enough for gaming at medium-high settings. Just you need a good CPU and motherboard right now because you have old dual core CPU with that mobo. Your Budget is sufficient to upgrade this. See this :

That PSU is enough for this components. You can add a better GPU in future, but now it is ok Best luck.

I agree with this guy, if you live near a Fry's or a Microcenter they have the 4690K at about $200 and you should be able to easily find an under $100 mobo. Or you could go with the Non-K version if you're uninterested in overclocking and a cheaper motherboard. This will save you money.
