What to upgrade first ?

Trying to get back into pc gaming but my pc is a potato
Current specs are :
Amd Fx 4300
10gb ddr3 1600mhz
Radeon 7790 1gb
Was going to buy a GTX 1060 6gb and an i5 7600k .
What will get me the best performance baring in mind that i will have to buy a new mobo and RAM if i want to upgrade the processor?

yes u need to get a new mobo if u want to get the i5, but, i rather suggest u to get the ryzen build instead, better price for more cores/threads
a 1060 with Ryzen 5 1600 will do u just fine but unfortunately because of mining craze, anything beyond 1050ti is either overpriced / out of stock so better wait / just go with the 1050ti (it's a downgrade, but at least the price is stable)
Ryzen build:
R5 1600 (comes with a stock cooler)
a B350 mobo (X370 if u want to SLI later)
8 GB DDR4-3000 if possible, if not DDR-2400/2133 is fine (though ryzen benefits from higher speed RAM)
GTX 1050ti
a 550w PSU with at least 80+ Gold (for future upgrade proof)
