Been playing Rainbow SIx Siege a lot and everyone is waiting for me to start the game. Should I buy a SSD first or get more RAM? I know their is a ton I can upgrade, I'm looking to purchase what would fix this issue first.

Thanks for your time and effort in this response. $250 or less is what I'm looking to spend.

Ideally, I would recommend updating that CPU and Mobo too, but it is good enough for now. After this upgrade of the SSD and RAM, I would wait a bit till prices for GPU's stabilize and then pick up a new GPU.
