My PC is becoming a bit dated. I really want to upgrade my GTX 980, and the RTX 2080 Ti with DLSS is looking awful tasty. Given my current specs which i will list below, would i be putting the cart before the horse by getting an RTX or should i upgrade my MB, CPU and RAM first? Thanks for any advice.
