What to upgrade for Guildwars2

I get about 30-50 fps average but obviously very low in crowded areas and on best performance preset (lowest graphics) These are my specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. EP35-DS3 (Socket 775)
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E8200 @ 2.66GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM DDR2
Hard Drive: 500 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255)

And not only what should I upgrade but how far? I don’t got the money to buy the best out there But for example to just be able to play mid or max on high fps or even low on high fps

On a other forum the two main suggestions were: Radeon hd 7750 Intel q9550

Not both were said at the same time though, and the Radeon hd 7770 is only about 10 euros more expensive so why shouldn’t I get that one? Does it not work with my other specs? The q9550 seems a bit old not sure if it’s worth it to spend that much money on with my old specs

Get a new mother board and CPU. One that can support an i5 or i7.

Your other option, a better video card.

The former would be more expensive, but would set you up with a lot more power and potential to upgrade in the future without having to drop a whole lot of money. Whereas upgrading your video card on your current setup might only last you so long before you find yourself having/wanting to upgrade again.

This is all of course not knowing your budget.

I disagree upgrade the graphics card 1st it is the weakest part. A new board will need new RAM as it will need DDR3.

True enough, but there is a deal somewhere on Newegg.com that has 8gig of RAM free with purchase of motherboard... Still looking!

You should get a colossal boost in performance just by upgrading your graphics card. The 9400 GT is an abysmal card. If your power supply has a PCI-e power connector, you can get the Radeon HD7770, if it doesn't you are limited to the 7750, which is still ages ahead of your current card.

Do not buy a CPU for your old motherboard, that is a mistake. Upgrade the entire platform CPU // RAM // Motherboard, at a later date.

How would this be:

MB: ASRock H61M-HVS 40 euro (I could probably get this one cheaper or a other one my stepdad said that was good for 45 euro (also from ASRock))
CPU: Intel Core I5 2320 3.0GHz Quad Core 6MB cache 140 euro
PSU: Cooler Master GX 500WATT Lite 80 Plus 45 euro
RAM: 4gb DDR3
OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Total cost:
€335


Opinion about the price for the specs I would get and if it's good together?
