[SOLVED] what to upgrade in my system?

the base system is msi 970 motherboard fx 6300 r7 370-4gb gpu cooler master evo 212 kingston hyper x 1600mhz 8gb ram. so I was thinking of upgrading my system but not to sure what to do first either upgrade to ryzen 5 2600 with asrock b450m pro4 corsair vengeance lpx 16gb western digital m.2 500gb using the same gpu and upgrade it later. or just upgrade the gpu to a rx 570 1tb ssd and add 8gb of ram to the old system? if you guys have any other suggestion it would greatly be appreciated.

Replace the CPU/MB/RAM first the 970 GTX is pretty close to the RX 570 so that really isn't much of an upgrade at all.

Well, what is your budget maybe there is a middle ground where you can upgrade everything. An RX 570 is close to double the performance of an R7 370 but you're still going to have FPS spikes related to the aging FX 6300.

i would do the cpu, mb,ram upgradefirst , also abaut the gpu. but if i had tight budget i would definetly save for rx 5700xt / 5700
and try to find ways to cheap out, probably mb, and disk space could stay 60-120gb for windows and 500hdd games, if for gaming only. cpu hands down the best choice curently for the price

Well it's easy to find 970 GTX's or RX 570's for around $85-$90 used if that is something you want to look into.

The same goes for the 2600 as you can find combos for around $160 to $220.

okay thanks yeah i think ill upgrade to the ryzen 5 2600 and later on upgrade the gpu thanks for the help
