Question what to upgrade/is it worth it?

Intel DP55WB motherbord
i3@2.93
4x2gb ram @1333Mhz
amd radeon HD6700 1gb ddr5
... so my question is if it's worth puting a 2/4gb GPU and if it is what to look at compatibility whise since i got radeon r7 360p 2gb ddr5 but its not compatible so im thinking of trading it or sell and get something better if its worth it.. tnx

How is the R7 not compatible with your motherboard? From what I see that motherboard has a PCIe Gen 2.0 x16 slot so any x16 GPU should work, unless you don't have a power adapter for it on your PSU? Overall that system is quite old and is getting near the end of its life. If possible I would upgrade the whole thing.

I'd recommend starting fresh. New everything. In the USA, you can put together a full system for $500 or less that would kick the pants off your current rig.

What country are you in? Budget?
