What to upgrade my pc

Hii I want to known how I can increase my pc fps .
I have Intel i5 2400 , 8 GB of ddr3 RAM and 512 MB amd radeon HD 5450.
My pc recently show 10 to 12 fps during the game when I playing

A decent GPU would do wonders. Something like a GTX 1050 Ti would be a good match and its prices aren't too inflated in these cryptocurrency mining-crazed times. Plus its power consumption is very low so if you have a pre-built machine you probably won't have to change the power supply.

Sandy Bridge is getting a little long in the tooth but still very capable (I still have mine as a backup gamer rig). And yes, definitely get a faster GPU like a GTX 1050Ti and 16GB RAM. I would normally say upgrade to an i7 2700K, but I would not recommend putting any more money in a six year old chipset - especially considering you would be forced to buy a used chip and you never know how well it was taken care of over the years.
