What to upgrade next?

I just ordered a new gpu (MSI GTX 750 Ti Gaming) and CPU (Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66GHz) and i have £36 left over. Currently, I don't know whether to upgrade my PSU or RAM

PSU: 115W continous | 240W max (I heard that the GTX 750 Ti is so power low, my PSU should run it fine at games like CS:GO or Rust, which is what i will mainly play)
RAM: 2x1GB (2GB) PC2-6400 (400 MHz) DDR2

Just one though, since i have £36 left over, i only have enough to get one stick, but eventually il save up for another one. My motherboard is single channel, so it should hopefully work alongside a 1GB stick that i already have.

for now, get some more ram. most titles today required more than 4GB to run properly. Also, when money is good get a good PSU Tier One - Tier Two Class B. what brand is your current PSU?

I don't know, but I think it is either a general no-brand name, or a Packard Bell one

OK. So, like I said, get more ram and then some money on the side so when your current psu dies you can replace it.

Neither. Despite the EVGA unit being lightyears better, it's still not great.

An extra £2.80 gets you this XFX unit, which is lightyears better than the EVGA model -
