What to upgrade next?

Last week I bought myself a 128gb SSD, and a 750wM Corsair PSU (To speed up and to allow for more upgrades to my PC)

In a little over a week I get my next paycheck, and should have about £150 or so to spare.
What does tomsHardware Forum recommend I buy to upgrade my build?

I am really unsure of what to upgrade first...I could do with some RAM, but I think that's rather a low priority....the motherboard and GPU both definitely need changing though..

I'd LIKE, to be able to play games such as the Witcher 3 on like normal graphics settings without minimal lag if possible; are there any GPU's that could do this for my build? (Although according to CanIRunThis, I can, I still doubt it with this GPU)

Also, I dont know why it doesnt show up on Speccy, but I do actually have a Optical drive


Edit: I have just noticed in this post that my current system is 32-bit after having re-installed windows 7, so I just re-installed in 64 bit form

A legal operating system. Even a legit copy of 7 will allow you to upgrade to 10. After that a complete upgrade, starting with the GPU.

I installed this OS less than a week ago, yes I know I can upgrade to windows 10, however I don't want to.....it wont have anywhere near as much support for it for some time now, and I never was much of a fan for Win8 the whole time I had it.

I have Windows 10 on both my laptops, think its cool.. but games run somewhat slow on there due to all the extra features such as cortana

Definitely your graphics card.....You have a decent processor there as well as storage... 8 GB is great for just about any gaming at this moment on ultra settings ( leave upgrade of RAM for last last-- it's fine as it is not).... Your motherboard is also not bad at all.. Your graphics card is the shortfall of your PC at the moment and very out dated..... With the £150 you will have, you could get the Asus GeForce GTX 660 DirectCU II Nvidia Graphics Card which would give you a far better performance than the Radeon HD 6670 you currently have in...
With this upgrade you could play games such as the Witcher 3 on decent settings..

After your comment, I began looking up GPU's and found one I particularly like the look of (I'd have to spend a little more than I'd wanted, but oh well) for £200

Would this be a good GPU for my board (I believe it should all be compatible):

Sorrty for the delay with this answer, but the Asus AMD Radeon R9 280 would be even a better option for you.... It is indeed compatible with your system and would perform better than the car I recommended.

Brilliant! lastly, do you think that if I were to buy the R9 280 it would be able to run Fallout 4 on the release date? If so how high could the settings be for the R9 280 to be able to handle

Your system with inclusion of that R9 280 graphics card should run Fallout 4 on high settings easily......

This... A legit operating system will let you upgrade to Windows 10 for free!
