What to upgrade next?

I've been planning an upgrade to my low-end-ish 1 year old machine during the upcoming black friday, but I dont know if I should upgrade my CPU / MoBo / Ram or my GPU

Fx-6300 OC 4.3GHz
Asrock 970 Pro3
8Gb 2000MHz Ddr3
Msi GTX 960 2Gb OC armor, +145Mhz coreclock / +245MHz Memory clock

Upgrade plan A:

i5-8600k
Msi z370-A Pro
16GB 2666MHz Ddr4
---------------------
Upgrade plan B:

Gtx 1060 6Gb

So the main question is which one should I go for first or if you have any other suggestions.
The goal is to be able to play at high/ultra 144fps on most games. Currently struggling to pull off a stable 144fps in OW with the lowest settings.

I would go with the new processor.
The FX 6300 is just bad.
Your not going to get a lot of FPS increase till you upgrade the video card but your processor should be good for 4/5 more years.

I would go with Plan A.
Your current CPU is not a good one while your GPU is old, it doesn't suck.
