What to upgrade next?

Currently in my pc is a Asus sabertooth 990fx r3.0 motherboard, a gtx 1060 gpu, 8gb of ram and a amd-fx9370 black edition. I am thinking that maybe I should be upgrading my ram up to 16gb next. What does everyone else think? Appreciate your input, thanks.

Personally, I wouldn't spend any more money upgrading your AM3+ based rig. Instead, I would save the money for a new AM4 CPU/mobo and DDR4 combo.

Just something to consider.

You are stilll mainly bottleneck by gpu and occationally by ram.
While cpu is still fine.
If ram price is reasonable, unlike ddr4 rams, get more ram is good. But the rams cant be used on newer system

I've considered upgrading to a new a cpu but splashing the cash out on a new motherboard is something I can't really do atm
