What to Upgrade On My Computer

I was upgrading some components on my computer soon and i was stuck between if i should get a new processor or a graphics card. My processor currently is a AMD A6-6400k with AMD HD 8470D Graphics. I dont yet have a graphics card, im just using the integrated graphics on the processor. I usually play games that arent graphics heavy such as League of Legends, CS:GO, Left 4 Dead 2 etc. Im leaning towards a graphics card because I think itll help boost my performance in those games. If so, what graphics card should i get if i were to use it for mainly those games?

what is the budget for a new GPU? I would also recommend that as the first upgrade, not knowing anything about the rest of the system.
