My friend helped me build this PC a couple years ago. It was running great for a while, but recently, it's been sluggish opening programs, and I get bouts of lag and high ping while gaming around 20% of the time. Here are the specs:

I usually just play League of Legends. I occasionally play MMOs (SW:TOR, WoW, etc.). Not really any FPS or super graphically intensive RPGs.

As for budget, I'd like to spend ~$300 or so. I plan on upgrading gradually if possible as to not break the bank all at once.
