Solution
Currently your CPU is only half as fast as the stock speed i5 8600k. I would suggest starting with the CPU upgrade. The 1050ti isn't all that bad right now given the price of the new gen RTX 2060 are $350. Something like this using your cooler should be fine.

CPU: Intel - Core i5-8600K 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($259.79 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock - Z390 Phantom Gaming SLI/ac ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($129.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($104.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $494.77

no offense Mr. elbert but im not looking to stream my games which the i5 8600k is perfect for, im merely looking for an upgrade and i've found that the i3 8100 or i3 8350k is just as fast as the i5 8600k for a much cheaper price, sure its 2 less cores and threads however the speed is the same and its much cheaper and if i decide to start streaming its only a 20$ difference between a i3 8350k and a i5 8400 which are both around the 160 to 190$ price range and i believe the GIGABYTE Z370P D3 is a bit cheaper at 105$ on amazon, and a set of Patriot Viper Elite Series 2x8gb sticks are only 99$ coming to a total of 394$-ish it is a 100$ cheaper in total as i dont do heavy editing for my videos i believe this would be a more affordable upgrade for me as money is kind of tight right now but thank you very much for the suggestion if i get into streaming or heavy editing i will be sure to upgrade to the i5 8600k in the future.
