What to upgrade to play BF3 high/ultra settings?

What should I upgrade to play BF3 with ultra-settings?

CPU: E8400 3ghz
RAM: 4GB
Video: GTX 460 Sli @1920x1080 widescreen
Os: Win 7 x64 Pro

I'm playing medium/high, sometimes I got lag, but I don't know if my computer needs a fresh win7 reinstall.

With ultra-settings, is almost unplayable.

OR, a 3rd card ( 9800 GT ) for PhysX will help to get more FPS ???

If you read this article, you will see that a beefy video card is required to play that game at high settings.

pretty sure your cpu is holding you back i run it all high with the following spec:
i7 950
single gtx460 1gb
4gb ddr3

so two gtx 460 should max it

thanks, first will overclock CPU then search for a new one, seems that my motherboard can't handle a faster cpu
