What to upgrade to run 4k monitor?

Hello, could someone tell me if its worth upgrading this PC to run a 4k monitor and if so what would need upgrading or whole new pc? Will only be for Games such as World of warcraft an just web browsing heres my current specs :

Intel i5 4590 Quad Core 3.70GHz
16GB DDR 3 Ram
120GB SSD
NVIDIA GTX 960 2GB
MSI H81M-E33

The graphics card. While some older games like WoW arent as GPU intensive, overwhelming majority of games cannot be run fluently on 4k yet with a single card. SLI/Xfire needs big power supplies, give a huge amount of extra power cost and heat. Also stuttering and glitching.

I recommend 1440p. 27" or 32" samsung S27d850t or s32d850t. I wont recommend 4k until the single fastest graphics card can run it fluently on max settings. Maybe in a few years time.

ive got the 32" samsung on a 980ti and i couldnt be happier. Price was no object. i wont touch sli
