What to upgrade?

I am currently saving up money to upgrade my PC. My question is, what should I upgrade 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. I have some components in mind that I would like to purchase, I just want some advice on which order to purchase them;

-GTX 970 EVGA
-8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866MHz
-Razer Black Widow Ultimate
-Razer DeathAdder
-No power supply in mind, a suggestion would be nice, under $100 if possible.
-Any monitor suggestions, 120Hz, 1080p would be nice.

My Current Rig:
i5 3330 @ 3.0 GHz
Asus GTX 650 Ti 1GB
8 GB RAM 1333 MHz
Corsair CX500 watt Power Supply
MSI Z77A-GD65 MoBo
H60 Hydro CPU Cooler
24" 60Hz 1080p Monitor
Cheap Gaming Mouse (1000dpi) & Keyboard

first go with the gtx 970 but not the evga, there is not full contact with all the heat pipes due to a reused design which will slightly decrease performance. after that get something like an i5 4690k. after that get a evga supernova 650 psu. unless you are going into serious gaming there is no need for a 120 (144)hz monitor or the razer products. Faster ram is showing a slight gain but i would say go with more ram at 1600mhz over the same ram at a slightly higher speed(you can overclock ram). those are my suggest that i suggest to think into
